The Group

Dynamics Group brings together leading experts in communication. We offer comprehensive consulting services with a focus on Corporate Communications, Capital Market Communication, Public Affairs as well as Reputation Management and Crisis Communication. Dynamics Group works for more than 150 national and international clients. Our aim is to have long-term relationships with our clients. Depending on the requirements, we are consultant, sparring partner or outsourcing partner for communication services. Mandates are managed only by partners. We are available for you 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. 

The company was founded in 2006 and is managed by 11 partners. Our partnership structure combines specialists with complementary knowledge, extensive expertise, entrepreneurial spirit and a vast network.

Total staff amounts to 25 persons in three offices in Zürich, Bern and Geneva. We enjoy a privileged relationship to leading experts in the area of Online Investor Relations, Digital Transformation and Research. Research and Analysis is supported by a team of 30 financial analysts and market researchers in India. For non-core services, we cooperate with specialized service providers.

Simone Arbus (1964) is responsible for the graphics and desktop publishing activities of Dynamics Group in Zurich and India and leads the media planning and media buying activities. She has extensive experience in graphic design, layout and production of publications and advertisements, with a focus on financial reporting. Since 1998 she serves as the Director of a media and graphic design agency and is a recognized media consultant of the Swiss Association of Advertising Agencies, VSW. Simone Arbus was previously responsible for the marketing production at IP Multimedia (currently known as Goldbach Media) and prior to that worked for various companies in the PR and marketing sector.

Before his career as an advisor, he worked as a financial analyst for small and mid-cap companies. Thomas Balmer holds a master’s degree in Business, Law and Psychology from the University of Zurich.

Hannes Egger (1979) has several years’ experience in all areas of public affairs, corporate communications and the design and execution of political campaigns. Before joining Dynamics Group he was a consultant for three years with the Zurich communications agency Bretscher & Partner, where he handled mandates in the areas of aviation, finance, health and energy. In 2014 he served as personal assistant to the marketing director of the European Athletics Championships in Zurich, and was a member of the core team responsible for the organisation and success of this major event, which took place in August 2014. Hannes Egger studied political science and European law in Zurich and Berlin. He received a Master of Arts in 2009.

At the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, he was in charge of Communications and worked as an advisor to Federal Councilor Flavio Cotti. Franz Egle holds a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Sociology and a doctorate in Sociology from the University of Zurich.

Christophe Lamps (1958) has a strong background in corporate communications and investor relations, both in an agency setting and within specific companies. Has been partner of Rochat & Partners for 8 years. Before that, was for ten years Head of Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs and Investors Relations, as well as spokesman, of Serono, Europe’s largest biotechnology company. Was Managing Director of Hill & Knowlton in Paris (1984 to 1989). Started working for the World Economic Forum, where he took part in the organization of the Davos Symposium, after receiving a Bachelor's degree from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (Geneva) and a Master's degree (MALD) from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Boston).

Prior to that he was a member of the Executive Board of the renowned branding consultancy Interbrand and worked for twelve years for several Swiss print and electronic media. His experience as an advertiser, brand consultant and journalist gives him a comprehensive perspective on complex communication issues. Kaspar Loeb holds a law degree from the University of Basel and also completed the Ringier School of Journalism.

Previously she worked as Project Leader for the FDP (Swiss Liberal Party), where she accompanied election campaigns and public initiatives. She was Press Officer at Swisscoy (KFOR Peacekeeping Operations) from 2003 to 2004. Julia von Känel studied Sociology, Environmental Sciences and Journalism in Zurich and Munich.
