Edwin van der Geest (1963) is an advisor for individuals and companies with specialization in the fields of public relations, media and finance. He supports numerous listed companies and their bodies in terms of positioning within the capital market and interactions with the financial community. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the field of capital market activities, IPOs, secondaries (equity- & debt), public takeovers and proxy fights. As an active investor, he is familiar with the mechanisms and requirements of the private equity industry. Edwin van der Geest holds a master’s degree in History and Economics from the University of Zurich.
